You own the land
You own a plot of land, or you are paying for one on credit. From the first installment paid on your lot you can already sign the contract.

You choose your plan
Sign the contract with direct in-house financing: 12, 24 or 30 equal installments. You only need your ID.

Construction begins
On the 24-month plan, once the 12th installment is paid, construction of your home starts. Pay ahead and start even sooner.

You get your keys
Within 90–120 days of construction starting, your finished home is handed over, ready to live in.
